Sometimes in life, things happen that were meant to be. They resist rational explanation. Friendships can now have an even more special dimension….one that neither of us can explain. We can only accept and be grateful.

I would like to tell you my story.

My wife was running her second Boston Marathon and I was there to cheer her on. I decided to take the subway to Boston College and wait at the 21 mile mark at the top of Heartbreak Hill.
