Mission Statement Minimize

It occurred to me, as I crossed my own finish line in New York City, November of 2002, that I had been inspired, numerous times, by stories of people doing exactly the same thing. There are thousands of stories out there, Canadians from coast to coast with accounts of their own odyssey.

My mission is to attract stories from those who wish to share theirs on this web site. A selection of these stories have been chosen for publication.  Ten dollars from the "Canadian Marathon Stories" book is being donated to www.CanadianAthletesNow.ca

Sometimes, when you run the distance, inspiration goes a very long way.
